AVI handled our annual dealer conference end to end — venue, staging, talent, branded collateral and check-in. The team stayed calm through three last-minute changes and the room looked premium.
Our product launch had 600 guests, a live feed and a press wall. AVI ran the production and we just focused on the speakers. Same-day reels were out before our team got home.
We've held our AGM with AVI three years running. Stage, AV, hospitality, hostesses — all in-house. No vendor chasing on our side.
Our wedding had 450 guests and a tight rain plan. The decor, lighting and run-of-show were exactly as briefed — the photos look like a magazine spread.
